CTC Mobile Welding is responsible for the personal information you share with us. This website no longer collects enquiries through an online form. Please call or text to discuss your project. This notice explains how we use your details and retain previously received website enquiries, in line with UK GDPR.
Information you share
When you call or text, you may share your name, phone number and details of your project, including the part, material, location and timing. Previously received website enquiries may include a name, phone number, optional email address, message, project details and photos.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your quote request and to arrange and carry out the work. Our lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. We never sell your details or use them for marketing.
How long we keep it
Previously received website enquiries and their photos are kept for 12 months from receipt, then automatically deleted. They remain stored securely with private access. Removing the online enquiry service does not change this retention period.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time. To ask for deletion, call or text 07738 260475. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
